Eleanor’s Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza 2 300x200 Eleanors Pizza

To our Gluten Free Salt Lake and Sandy community: Eleanor’s Bake Shop now bakes pizza!!  We are currently selling pizza by the slice for $3.49*.  It is sooooooo delicious!  Definitely the best gluten free pizza I have ever tasted.  If we didn’t tell you it was gluten free you would have no idea.  I highly recommend you come try it out if you haven’t already.

*We will not be selling pizza at our anniversary celebration because we currently don’t have the space to keep enough pizza warm and still be able to do our arepas plus the breakfast arepas we will be doing at the celebration.

Eleanor’s Anniversary Celebration

2

We are proud to say that Eleanor’s Bake Shop has been serving the Gluten Free community for one year!!  Come celebrate our anniversary with us on Saturday, August 20th from 9:00am-3:00pm.

We will be serving Breakfast Arepas and Fruit Arepas in the morning and these are only available during our Anniversary Celebration so I strongly suggest you come in and try them out!  (I will be posting recipes for the breakfast and fruit arepas after the celebration so you can make them yourself).  Also, if you haven’t tried our new flour blend that we created for our bread then our anniversary would be a good time to try it. icon smile Eleanors Anniversary Celebration   It’s delicious!

And, as a gift to all of our wonderful customers, we will be handing out a FREE mini-cookie or brownie bite to everyone who comes in that day!  Only in gluten free Sandy Utah, and only from Eleanor’s Bake Shop! We hope to see you there!

Update on the Bread Situation

0

In our search to provide only the highest quality products in our gluten free bakery, we had to discontinue using our former flour provider. But here’s an update on the situation and what we’re doing to make sure you’re provided with the products you’ve come to expect from Eleanor’s: We will have bread available on Thursday and Friday this week (March 31 and April 1).  We’ve found a bakery in Colorado who’s bread we enjoy and we’ve ordered from them.  This is just a test to see if our customers like it -if you do we’ll keep selling it until we’ve come up with our own bread.

Come on in on Thursday or Friday, try it out and let us know what you think!
