I've only been to Eleanor's Bake Shop once, but that's only because I live in Provo. While there I ate THE BEST oatmeal raisin cookie EVER! (Even counting my gluten eating days.) The people who work there are some of the friendliest, most genuinely considerate people I've ever met. Honestly, as a college student who drives as little as possible in effort to save gas and money, I would drive to Sandy just to eat lunch there again. It is one of the best experiences I've had since becoming a Celiac. :)

I LOVE Eleanor's Bake Shop. Their sandwiches are amazing and it's so nice to go out with no worries of cross contamination! My daughter who is not gluten free also loves it, you would never know it was gluten free. Their baked goods are also wonderful you have to try them out!
